IMG_7959 If you haven't seen anything from Rad Rides By Troy, you're probably living under a rock. He is the one that makes it look so damn simple …. form function and style he's got it!!! Troy and Dave Shuten One cool thing about SEMA is that everyone is here. I was oogling over the "Rad Rides by Troy" streamliner when up walks Troy Trapanier and we got to chat about his land speed racing forays. What does this have to do with the aftermarket and the cars you and I regularly see on the street? I guess it's just the pushing the limits to see what is possible - something that Troy regularly does as he imbues any project he's working in with his rad skill. IMG_7929 This streamliner was put off by the rain last August at Bonneville Speedweek and then had to do some testing in October. At that time he found this car a bit slippery around the 280 mark, so they are getting everything sorted in time for next year's runs at Bonneville.
