Texas Heat: Street Car Takeover Dallas [GALLERY]
Recently, we headed to Texas Motorplex in Ennis, Texas to catch up with our friends at Street Car Takeover for a full day of high-octane motorsports on the drag strip. Anything from muscle cars to late model domestics to tuners and trucks came out for the event, which is sponsored by Nitto Tire. But the day didn't only consist of drag racing. Street Car Takeover also hosts a roll racing event to really put a car's acceleration to the test. Complete with a car show, vendor booths, cash prizes and car-nut celebrity appearances, Street Car Takeover is always a fan-favorite event among car enthusiasts. The attendees get a sense of community at the track, bringing together people from all walks of life, no matter what you drive.
