Nitto Celebrates 20 Years of U.S. Manufacturing

Since 2005, Nitto Tire’s U.S. manufacturing plant in Georgia has been at the heart of their production strategy and it’s only gaining momentum. What began as a bold move to bring high-performance tire manufacturing stateside has become a story of innovation, scale, and American craftsmanship. The plant has grown into a cornerstone of the Nitto brand’s success in North America and is celebrating its 20th year of manufacturing in the United States this year.

Built to Perform

Spanning an astounding 3 million+ square feet, the Georgia facility is currently the largest building in Bartow County and one of the most significant tire manufacturing sites in the region. It is a symbol of Nitto’s long-term investment in quality, performance, and local manufacturing within the United States.

Powered Locally

With a workforce of 2,395 total employees, including third-party logistics and service teams, the plant operates around the clock to meet the growing demand for Nitto tires across North America.

Production Milestones

Since its opening, the Georgia plant has produced over 93 million tires. And they’re proud to announce they’re on pace to reach 100 million tires by 2026, a milestone that reflects their commitment to local manufacturing, the strength of their innovation, and the support of their dealers and customers.
