The Ultimate Chase Truck: EVO-Built 2000 Solid-Axle GMC 1500 [Video]

It has nearly 300,000 miles on it and trail scars from front to rear, but don't let that fool you. This 2000 GMC 1/2-ton is one of the toughest trucks you'll ever come across. From the Baja 1000 to its most recent duties on JL Experience, this solid-axle converted GMC has seen it all. While the truck’s owner Mel Wade was busy leading the JLX, Low Range 4x4 owner Kelly Carter manned the truck, dubbed Chase 12, for the trip. We catch up with him during the week as he gives us the rundown on the Off Road Evolution built pickup.
